Paradise is the centerpoint of an extended community on the Big Island of Hawaii, where
her intimate connection with the Cetacea family of whales and dolphins has lead her to
create events and projects designed to bring people together in an experience of "life
in the pod." She is also the originator of Language Sculpting, a meta-technology that
empowers people to become more conscious communicators, that is being adopted as part
of the core curriculum by new charter schools in Hawaii. Some of her creations are:
The Sirius Institute, a Cetacean based research consortium; Camp Paradise, a model for
home educating children for "who they are, and what they came to be"; *PlanetPuna* the
Aloha Planet, the first coconut/cyber domain, involving the community and world wide
web as part of Camp Paradise.
